How we handle your data.

1. Who we are

AI Huntr Consulting is a boutique AI consultancy based in Australia, operated by Gerard Grenville. This site exists so you can learn about our services and get in touch — nothing on it is designed to harvest data beyond what’s needed for that.

2. What we collect

• Contact form — your name, email address, and message, so we can reply.
• Voice-agent calls — conversations with Jarvis, our voice agent, whether you talk to it in the browser or by phone.
• Phone calls — calls to +61 3 4061 9014 are answered by the same voice agent and handled the same way.
• Analytics— pageviews and interaction events, so we can see what’s working on the site.

3. The voice agent

Calls with Jarvis — in the browser and by phone — are processed by Retell AI, which provides the voice infrastructure. Conversations are recorded and transcribed so we can respond to your enquiry and follow up. Transcripts are summarised using Anthropic’s Claude to route enquiries to the right place. If you’d rather not be recorded, use the contact form instead.

4. Service providers

We use a small set of providers to run the site, and we share with them only what each one needs to do its job:

• Retell AI — voice-agent infrastructure (call audio and transcripts).
• Anthropic — summarising call transcripts.
• Resend — sending transactional email, like contact-form notifications.
• Twilio — phone and SMS connectivity.
• PostHog — product analytics (pageviews and interaction events).

Some of these providers process data outside Australia. Where they do, they handle it under their own privacy and security commitments.

5. What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data. We don’t add you to marketing lists. We don’t run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

6. Retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to your enquiry or deliver work you’ve engaged us for. After that, it’s deleted.

7. Your rights

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time, and we’ll act on it promptly.
