Gerard founded AI Huntr to turn practical operational experience into working AI systems. As Founder & CEO, he leads our dedicated team and sets the direction for how we work.

Before founding AI Huntr, Gerard worked in businesses that run on people and paperwork: hospitality, venues, security environments, and the technology and business systems behind them. That experience showed him what a messy workflow really looks like: the incident report written at 2am, the licence chased the day before it's due, the enquiry that goes cold because nobody could get to the phone.

That background shapes our approach to AI. We build for the reality of a Friday night service or a 5am shift change. A system needs to fit the people, procedures and tools around it, and keep working when the operation gets busy.

Our dedicated team works directly with the people who own the problem. We keep engagements focused, agree what finished looks like, and carry the work through design, build, deployment and support. Gerard leads the company as Founder & CEO, with our team responsible for delivering and improving the systems we build.

Jarvis, the receptionist on this site, answers our enquiries, screens vendor pitches, books discovery calls and sends a summary after every conversation.     Every engagement starts by finding the workflow that's costing you most. We don't pitch a solution and then go looking for a problem.

  • Production over pilots

    A pilot that never ships is a deck with a demo attached. We scope work so it goes live, then we measure it.

  • Measured in plain numbers

    Hours saved, calls answered, reports filed. If a system doesn't move a number you care about, it doesn't stay.

  • You own it

    Runbooks and hand-off training so nothing depends on us. If you want us to keep improving it, that's your call, and you can stop any time.
